Outdoor event requirements

Ensuring your event respects other people and the environment whilst taking responsibility for its impact.

If you plan to organise an event within the Pentlands it is likely that landowner permission shall be required.

Please download the PLMA's "Outdoor Event Requirements" document below for further information and an outline of the requirements in place to obtain such permission.

If the event is proposed to take place within the Pentland Hills Regional Park, this should be read in conjunction with information available from the Pentland Hills Regional Park Authority here.
